This onboarding document is required to be filled out before attending a ground school and or flight training begins. This onboarding document gives our administration team the needed information and logistical power to best provide industry leading flight training to our students.
Note:

Before any flight training occurs a deposit on account must be submitted.

If an account has a negative balance, and flight training continues, a reoccurring $500.00 credit will be charged until flight training has completed.

If an account has an active balance, and flight training is canceled. A service charge will be applied, against the remaining balance during refund.
